GUIDE
We guide and certify producers so that their properties can supply coffee with the quality and sustainability standards required by the specialty coffee market.
ANALYSE
We analyze the samples of members, selecting the different qualities for better organization and promotion.
EXPORT
We connect with the best roasters worldwide by promoting our members' coffees, creating long-term relationships, and increasing the perceived value of our coffees.
GUIDE
Our roasters have strict criteria for sustainability and quality of processes at the farms, so we must register partner farms, thus certifying that the farm meets the requirements.
We have a team focus on the improvement of these processes
ANALYSE
All coffees stored in the cooperative are coded and undergo a blind evaluation to guarantee the isometry and integrity of the analyses. After the final analysis, the CDT works to promote coffees above 82 points
